Corporate ladder

The corporate ladder is the Cogs' ranking system. Low-level Cogs have a lower tier and high-level Cogs have a higher tier. Typically, a Cog's minimum level is the same as their tier in the ladder and their maximum level is four levels greater. For example, Flunky is the first Cog on the Bossbots' corporate ladder, making them tier 1.
