The Council on Integrity in Results Reporting (CIRR) is a U.S.-based non-profit organization (501(c)(6)) that provides standardized public reporting on the outcomes for students enrolled in coding bootcamps.

CIRR was founded in 2017[1] by Dan Pickett and David Wintrich, starting as a project supported by the bootcamp loan firm Skills Fund (since merged with Ascent Student Loans.[2]) Sheree Speakman was named CEO in 2018.[3] CIRR reports support from the Charles Koch Foundation.[4]

CIRR publishes standards that it and participating bootcamps agree to:

  1. Advertising and disclosing honestly.
  2. Collecting students' intent. [in enrolling in the bootcamp]
  3. Tracking enrollment and graduation.
  4. Tracking job outcomes.
  5. Reporting students' outcomes.
  6. Auditing outcomes data.[5]

A 2020 report on coding bootcamps for Class Central concluded that "CIRR is best understood as a failure to self-regulate. While the CIRR standards are themselves reasonably robust, it’s questionable whether these standards are actually followed by CIRR members."[6]
