Coupler.io is a no-code data integration and AI analytics platform developed by Railsware, a Ukrainian-founded product studio. The service automates the collection and transfer of business data from numerous cloud applications.[1][2][3]
History
Coupler.io was launched in 2019 by Railsware Products Studio, LLC, a U.S.-based subsidiary of the Ukrainian software development company Railsware.[4] In 2020, the service appeared as an add-on to Google Sheets on Google Workspace Marketplace, where it offered several free integrations for importing data into spreadsheets.[5]
In 2021, Railsware released a web-based version of the platform, which provided in addition to the Google Sheets add-on model and enabled users to manage integrations through a standalone interface. During this period, the service added support for new data destinations such as Google BigQuery and Microsoft Excel.[6]
The platform also introduced data-stitching functionality and webhooks for workflow automation.[7]
In October 2025, The Globe and Mail reported that Coupler.io continued to support QuickBooks-to-Power BI reporting for businesses after the deprecation of Intuit’s native connector, noting the service’s role in maintaining essential financial reporting workflows.[8]
Platform
Coupler.io functions as a no-code data integration platform that automates the transfer of information from cloud applications into analytical and reporting tools.[9]
Recognition
In 2023, Coupler.io received the MarTech Breakthrough Award in the category «Best Interaction Data Analytics Solution».[10] In 2024, the platform’s Marketing Dashboard Gallery was awarded the silver prize in the No-Code category at the WaysConf Awards.[11]
Coupler.io has been mentioned in technology publications.[1][12] In 2025, Unite.AI included Coupler.io in a list of AI-enabled analytics tools, highlighting its support for scheduled data transfers from numerous applications into spreadsheets and business intelligence platforms.[3]
