Covius is a provider of technology-enabled solutions to financial services companies that include mortgage lenders, servicers, settlement agents, underwriters, trustees and attorneys. Covius also provides services and solutions for vehicle finance companies and other financial services organizations. Covius is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

Covius, LLC was acquired in April, 2016 by ReQuire Holdings, LLC. Two years later, in April 2018, ReQuire Holdings was acquired by LenderLive Services, LLC, a division of LenderLive Holdings, Inc. In October 2018, LenderLive Holdings rebranded its name to Covius, and the business units of the company became wholly owned entities of Covius Holdings, Inc.

  • 2016 April - reQuire, LLC, a provider of compliance and risk management solutions to the real estate settlement services industry, acquired Covius, LLC.
  • 2018 April – LenderLive Holdings, Inc. acquired reQuire Holdings, LLC.
  • 2018 August - LenderLive Holdings, Inc. entered into an agreement to sell LenderLive Network, LLC (LLN), its mortgage fulfillment and secondary marketing division, to Computershare Loan Services, a global leader in mortgage servicing.
  • 2018 October – LenderLive rebrands its remaining division as Covius.
