Covius, LLC was acquired in April, 2016 by ReQuire Holdings, LLC. Two years later, in April 2018, ReQuire Holdings was acquired by LenderLive Services, LLC, a division of LenderLive Holdings, Inc. In October 2018, LenderLive Holdings rebranded its name to Covius, and the business units of the company became wholly owned entities of Covius Holdings, Inc.

- 2018 April – LenderLive Holdings, Inc. acquired reQuire Holdings, LLC.
- 2018 August - LenderLive Holdings, Inc. entered into an agreement to sell LenderLive Network, LLC (LLN), its mortgage fulfillment and secondary marketing division, to Computershare Loan Services, a global leader in mortgage servicing.
