Creed Media, is a digital marketing agency that centers itself around Internet Culture. Connecting with the next-gen consumer base through culturally relevant content and marketing strategies.[1]
The marketing agency works worldwide and engages audiences with creative ideas envisioned by a team with knowledge on the Generation Z and Millennial culture. Their insight of the rapid evolution and growth of the youth population gave Creed Media it’s initial boost as a start-up agency and acts as the catalyst for the company’s growth.[2]
Business model[edit]
Creed Media connects global brands and record labels to deliver marketing solutions on various social media platforms. Acting as a partner for marketing teams around the globe, the agency creates concepts based on social-first strategies that target the next-gen consumer.[3]
History[edit]
Starting out as a two-person based operation, Creed Media grew into a company of more that 40 plus employees over the course of its first 24 months. Creed Media is known to have worked together with brands such as H&M, Red Bull and Max Burgers as well as artists from some of the most well established record labels in the world. Such as Sony Music, Universal Music, RCA, Atlantic, Def Jam, Capitol Records and Virgin records.
Prior to founding Creed Media in late 2018, Timothy Collins and Hugo LePrince launched campaigns through multiple social media activations. In August 2018, Collins and LePrince led actor Joel Kinnaman's #KlivIntePå Instagram campaign[4], which aimed to educate the Swedish public of the importance of voting in the Swedish Parliamentary election. The campaign has since then accumulated over 2 million views[5] and was the initiative for launching the marketing agency, which in 2021 was acknowledged by Forbes 30 under 30.[6]
Earnings[edit]
During 2019, Creed Media increased their revenue by 17,9% with 13.737 million SEK.[7][8]
In 2020, Voi founders Fredrik Hjelm and Carl Vernersson invested in the company expanding Creed Medias’ further operations, which aided in the revenue growth of up to 54 million SEK, an increase of 300% compared to the previous year.[9][8][10]
Notable work[edit]
During 2020, Creed executed music campaigns such as Trevor Daniels “Falling” and S1MBAs “Rover”[11]. Other examples of marketing and music campaigns include Ashnikkos’ “Stupid”, generated through social media activations, as well as Surf Mesas’ “ILY” by way of influencer marketing and native social media ads.[12]
