Crown Asia Properties, Inc., is a real estate company in the Philippines, founded by Manuel B. Villar.[1] It is a premium brand arm of Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc that is part of the Villar Group of Companies owned by Manny Villar.[2] Crown Asia’s properties were classified per theme – classic, eastern/western, and contemporary.[3] Crown Asia sets a portfolio of real estate premium properties offering both house and lots and condominium.[4]

Crown Asia was launched in 1995 as the pioneer in building thematic communities in the Philippines inspired by the exquisite architecture found in Italy, Europe, and Switzerland.[5] It was renowned for 27 years for producing house and lots and condominiums for upper-middle-class income families and individuals.[6] Both house and lots and condominiums were inspired by the combination of natural and modern conveniences.[7]
Awards and accolades[edit]
In 2005, Crown Asia was awarded the Most Outstanding Real Estate Company by the Philippine Marketing Excellence Awards.[8]
In 2006, Crown Asia has been recognized by Reader’s Digest as Asia’s Trusted Brand (Gold) in property development.[8]
In 2016, Crown Asia won Southeast Asia’s Best Of the Best Residences awarded by Dot Property Group.[9][10]
In 2019, Crown Asia received the award in The Outlook Lamudi for Best Premium Houses.[11][12]
In 2021, Crown Asia was awarded for its house and lot project - Ponticelli as the Best High-end Housing Development by Carousell.[13]
In 2021, Crown Asia was awarded for it’s condominium project - Hermosa as the Best Midrise Condominium Development by Carousell.[14]
