Cy Frost is an American music producer, engineer, songwriter, and film composer who has worked with Slim Harpo, Potliquor, Sandy Denny, the London Symphony Orchestra, Bo Dollis and the Wild Magnolias, Luther Kent, Deacon John Moore, Ciria, Allen Toussaint, The Brecker Brothers, Paul Butterfield, Domino, Silas Hogan, Henry Gray, Whispering Smith, Jim Kweskin and the Jug Band, Bonnie Bramlett, Arthur "Guitar" Kelly, Bill Wray, Dallas Taylor, Phyllis Murray, Hank Ballard, Marvin Perkins, Eternity's Children, Michele Perez, Wayne Newton, The Wigs, Randy Bachman, and many others. He has produced music at London's famed Abbey Road Studios, Sunset Sound Factory and American Studios in Los Angeles, and Miami's Criteria Studios.[citation needed]

Cy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Denver, where he also earned his master's degree. He is a member of Mensa. In New Orleans in 2005, Cy was inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame.[citation needed]
