Severe Tropical Cyclone Felicity was a strong tropical cyclone which affected Queensland during December 1989. The second tropical cyclone and first severe tropical cyclone of the 1989–90 Australian region cyclone season, Felicity was first noted by the Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) on 13 December as a monsoon low in the Arafura Sea.
