Czech Journal of International Relations is a peer-reviewed academic journal publishing scholarly work in International Relations and other related disciplines.

The journal is published by the Institute of International Relations Prague, and is indexed in Web of Science.[1] (ESCI) and Scopus[2] databases. It is Open Access with no Article Processing Charges (APCs)[3][4].

History

The journal was established in 1966 by the Institute of International Politics and Economics (Prague) - a predecessor of the Institute of International Relations Prague. Following the Velvet Revolution in 1989, the journal played a key role in the establishment of the modern discipline of International Relations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia[5]. Since 2001, the journal has become peer-reviewed and since 2023, it has switched completely to English[6]
