Akinleye Soyinka, known as DJ Nu Kidd, is a Nigerian Disc Jockey and designer.[1][2] He is also the Creative Director and Founder of the Street-wear label, Nuyorkworks.[3][4][5]
Career
DJ Nu Kidd started his career while he was at the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he made playlists and several mixes. He currently works as a creative director and a designer in New York City.[6]
Education
DJ Nu Kidd was raised in Lagos, where he attended Atlantic Hall High School, graduating in 2010. He graduated from the New Jersey Institute Of Technology in Newark, New Jersey in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering technology and a minor in Manufacturing engineering technology.[7]
