DOC2US is the first in Malaysia to raise the standard in remote medication prescribing and dispensing by adopting MSC-accredited Trustgate-powered Digital Signature system as required by Ministry of Health and in compliance to the Digital Signature Act 1997 and Poisons Act 1952 back in January 2020[1] [2].
With its name synonymous to "talk to us"[3] DOC2US has signed a total of 216,458 electronic prescriptions (e-prescription or eRx) from June 2020 to May 2021[4] and verified by The Malaysian Book of Records (MBOR) for the “Most Number of Digitally Signed Electronic Prescription In A Year.[5]
Leveraging on cloud computing technology by Microsoft Azure, it provides scalable and seamless remote healthcare services to consumers, patients, corporate clients, healthcare providers, and healthcare fraternities like clinics, and pharmacies[6][7] .
DOC2US has a network of more than 1,500[8] partner pharmacy outlets throughout the country, including Alpro Pharmacy[9][10], AMPM Pharmacy[11], BIG Pharmacy[12], and Watsons Pharmacy[13].
DOC2US is co-founded by medical doctor Dr Raymond Choy, start-up entrepreneur Jack Lee and app development company Agmo Studio Sdn Bhd[14] . Together, they operate DOC2US under a joint venture named Heydoc International Sdn Bhd.
