The third generation Sandero is a subcompact car produced jointly by the French automaker Renault and its Romanian subsidiary Dacia. This is the first generation not to be marketed under the Renault badge name.[1] The car is based on a simplified version of the Renault Clio V platform.[2] The car was presented on September 7, 2020.[3]

The third generation Sandero was first announced on September 3 when the automaker released a teaser for the new Sandero, announcing the car's upcoming presentation.
