Damadem is a remote village in Tivim, Goa, India. The church is dedicated to St. Christopher. This part of Tivim is close to Mapusa and the Karaswada Industrial Estate. The village of Damedem adjoins the wards of "Gavoim, Khoddai, and Auchit Vaddo. Since urbanization began in 1995 there has been drastic change; it has become a popular place for people from outside Goa to relocate.
