Daneta Wollmann is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.
Early life and education
She graduated from Purdue University in 2000 and the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2003.[2]
Legal career
Wollmann was a partner at Banks, Johnson, Kappelman and Becker in Rapid City, South Dakota. Wollmann worked as an Assistant United States Attorney and as a Deputy State’s Attorney in Beadle County, South Dakota.
Federal judicial service
Wollmann served as a part-time magistrate judge since March 2015. On April 1, 2018, she was appointed to a full-time magistrate judge position in the Western Division of the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.[3]
