Daniel P. Ford (born 1923) was a Canadian writer and poet in the mid-1900s. He was the father of Earl Ford and Mamie Ford. He had a very famous idol in the 1950s and 1960s. He is 97 years old now. He was married to Diana Ford from 1943 until her death in 2007.[1] He was the sixth Leader of the Progressive movement from 1960 to 1983.
Early years
The future Daniel Peral Ford was born in Canada at Toronto General Hospital in Toronto. He had no siblings. As an only child, he worked as a woodsman far away from his log cabin.[2] After moving to New Jersey in 1935, he earned a degree in Political science and joined the Military in 1945, just one year after Earl was born.
