Daniel Ishag is a British entrepreneur and founder and CEO of American transportation aggregation company, Karhoo. Ishag previously founded and led Bluewater Bio, a European water technology company, specializing in water and wastewater treatment. He also co-founded Espotting in 2000, a European search marketing advertising network.
Biography
His first business position was as an investment banker, where he specialized in B2B e-commerce ventures.
Ishag founded Espotting in 2000 in the middle of the dotcom bust. The company specialized in pay-per-click advertising on web search engines.[2] In February 2004, Espotting was acquired by FindWhat.com.[3]
In 2007, Ishag founded Bluewater Bio, which produces an activated sludge wastewater treatment process.[4] Ishag resigned from his role as company CEO in June 2015 but remains involved as an advisor to the company.[5]
In 2015, Ishag raised funds for a transportation aggregation and comparison firm, Karhoo.[6]
