Daniel Jeddman (christened Daniel Adu-Boahene) is a Ghanaian gospel singer in Hamburg, Germany. He comes from Kwahu in the Eastern region of Ghana. His mother, Reverend Evangelist Gifty Adu-Boahene and his father, Bishop Collins Adu-Boahene, a consecrated bishop is in a full time ministry in Europe. German-based Jeddman released his first song Woara in 2000.

Early life and education[edit]

In 2009, after pursuing a degree in Knust-Kumasi, BSC. Mathematics, he travelled to Europe to continue his education and ministry in 2011.[1]

On 5 September 2020, Jeddman amongst other Ministers graduated from the IPCC University Bible College in Hamburg.[2] He holds a Diploma in Holy-Spirit filled Theology and can further his Theological Perspectives in higher educational backgrounds. Daniel Jeddman also owns one of the fastest rising news websites in Ghana called Ghana Media[3]. A syndication news website that emphasizes on Ghanaian entertainment, sports, politics, music and many more.

Music career[edit]

Daniel Jeddman[4] collaborated with Kwesi Anani, Ghana[5] on a single on 15 October 2018 entitled "Hye Me Ma".[6] In the same year, he featured Azariah Royster (an international bassist and a biological younger brother), Josie Koomson and Ohemaa Vimmsy, all German-Based Ghanaians, summing up to a total features of 4 artists on his album titled Woara.

"Your Grace", featuring Sylvia Boakye, was released on 2 January 2020. Jeddman also worked with Lady Rita Opoku[7] on one of her songs, entitled "Mensuro (Don't be afraid)"[7] and "Obaatan Pa (Virteous Woman)"[7] on 14 March 2021.

In 2022, Jeddman worked with MOG Music[8][9] and Kaywa Beatz[10][11] (Highly Spiritual) to produce a gospel song, "Favour".[8][12][13]

Jeddman worked with German TV presenter and singer Andreas Ellermann and his fiancée Patricia Blanco during their shows and events on Hamburg 1. During an event organized by Andreas Ellermann in Waldhaus Reinbek, Jeddman shared the stage with folk music performer Heino as well as Mr. Clinton and The Gombi Band.

Ministries and gospel workshops[edit]

Aside his music career, Jeddman owns a worship band called Serenity Group in Hamburg. He has also organized several worship events in Hamburg, such as the annual August Praise since 15 August 2014. Jeddman has a gospel worship he organizes with Francis Cooper (voice coach and composer) across Germany. Jeddman and Francis have toured more than 10 cities in Germany including Berlin (Spandau, Neu Kölln), Braunschweig, Elmstedt,[14] Frankfurt among others.

His record label Daniel Jeddman Music released a new single, "Sacrifice", in 2023.[15]

Books and Literature[edit]

Jeddman has a credit to his name to have written his first ever book entitled "Put God First"[16][17].

Daniel Jeddman also owns one of the fastest growing websites and digital platforms in Ghana called Ghana Media[18] with over half a million followers on Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok and Instagram[19]. With over 20 million reach, 10 million in engagements and an exponential growth of 20,000 followers every week, Ghana Media[20] is unarguably one of the highest Ghanaian Digital Platform in Africa, thus the world.
