Danny Winn is an American actor.[1]

Early life[edit]

Winn was born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in the South Pacific island of Kwajalein Atoll, Hawaii, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Key West, Florida.[2] He began his acting career later in life after raising his children.[3]


Winn is an American actor who is best known for films and television series such as Douglas MacArthur in the NHK World-Japan series Idaten (TV series).[4] Lionsgate Films, Deadman Standing[5] and "The Crossbreed".[6] The Crossbreed won many awards in LA film Festivals.[7][8] "Deadman Standing", released internationally as "Hyde Park".[9] Hyde Park was based on the true story of the Gunfight at Hide Park in Newton, Kansas.[10][11] Major network series such as NBC's The Night Shift (TV series), AMC's Longmire (TV series), Graves (TV series), WGN's Manhattan (TV series), and the Comedy feature film "Lapham Rising" with Frank Langella and Stockard Channing.[12] "Lapham Rising is based on the book by Roger Rosenblatt.[13]
