San Francisco Giants

On December 6, 2023, Lopez was selected by the San Francisco Giants in the minor league phase of the Rule 5 draft.[6] He did not appear in a game for the organization in 2024 as he continued to recover from a knee injury that caused him to miss the 2023 season. Lopez was released by the Giants organization on January 3, 2025.[7]
