Darawishland (Dervish Land) is a nickname for the land of Sool, Sanaag and Ayn. It was a disputed self-proclaimed state consisting of Sool, Sanaag and Cayn (Pronouced Ein) regions. It was established in May 2008, but the Transitional Federal Government did not recognize it, and it was dissolved in 2009.
The regional government was established in the area between Puntland and Somaliland, and its capital is the city of Las Anod.
