Dave vonKleist
Dave vonKleist aka Dave Von Kleist is a radio show host, musician, author, activist and film producer. He is also known for his film 911: In Plane Site, a 2004 documentary which promotes 9/11 conspiracy theories.[1] He has appeared on KLAV AM 1230 , interviewed by radio talk show host [2] Doug Basham. [3]
Background[edit]
In 1995 he worked at WATR AM1320 in Waterbury, CT. using the on-air name "Dave Riddell" he hosted his own talk show. There he met his future wife, Joyce Riley, who was a guest on his show. Eventually vonKleist left New England and moved to Houston, TX where Joyce Riley lived. After their marriage they co-hosted a radio talk show called "The Power Hour".[4] They are now divorced.[5] He now lives in Argentina.[6]
He is also the father of Erica von Kleist[7] who is a flautist, saxophonist and composer.[8]

From 1970, vonKleist has been a professional musician. Later his music has taken a turn towards that of activism.[7]
He also recorded a song about the Shirley Allen standoff, "The Ballad of Shirley Allen".[10]
