David Allen AKA DJ DACO

Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". David Allen, known professionally as DJ DACO, is a DJ / Producer / Remixer. He is best known for hosting "The Big Mix" radio show on Viking FM between 1996 and 2000. In 2008 he worked producing and presenting his weekly mix show on Australian Radio, Partymusic FM.

He started as a bedroom DJ at the age of 14 and is mainly influenced by house and mainstream dance music.

DJ DACO has worked across the UK and Europe and currently produces 2-3 shows per month on his own Facebook page.

DJ DACO was also half of the duo "Electro-Boyz" who released a single "Mr Ben Raves Again" in 1988. They were famously almost arrested while filming the video for the track while dancing on the hard-shoulder of the M18 Motorway on Doncaster.
