David Sunday Daser (born 30 October 1983) is a Nigerian technology expert and the Director General of the Plateau State Information And Communication Technology Development Agency (PICTDA).[1] It empowered 560 youths in Plateau State through its technology flagship programme, Code Plateau.[2]
Daser graduated with Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry from the University of Jos in Plateau State, Nigeria and the National Open University of Nigeria, Post Graduate Diploma, Information Technology. He has over ten years working experience in Information Technology operations, business transformation and solution architecture, across both private and public sectors.[3][4]
