Uche Blessed (born 28 August 1995) is a Nigerian software engineer. He is the Tech Lead at Elanhub Media and founder of Garyen Enterprises, one of the first online database services for Real Estate in Nigeria.
Early life and education[edit]
Uche Blessed hails from Port Harcourt in Rivers State. He attended Federal Government College, Ikot Ekpene in Akwa Ibom State before proceeding to Information and Financial Management Institute (IMFI) where he acquired a Diploma in Computer Engineering and forwarded his tertiary education at the University of Uyo where he studied Economics.
Career[edit]
After his diploma in computer engineering, Uche went on a six-month internship with DCT Technologies in Akwa Ibom State, before gaining his admission into the University of Uyo in 2013, there in the university, he taught himself how to write HTML, CSS, and Python.
DevFest South-South Calabar 2019[edit]
GDG DevFest is an annual all-day developer conference that offers speaker sessions across multiple product areas, Codelabs, Hackathon, and more!
Uche happened to be one of the guest speakers at the conference on 25 November 2019 at Calabar, speaking on Artificial Intelligence
Awards and recognition[edit]
In 2016, Uche was awarded one of the most promising entrepreneurs in Africa by The Starta. He has also been nominated for the University of Uyo Innovators awards.[1]
