David H. Segal

David H. Segal (born 1966) is an American neurosurgeon and attorney.[1] He currently serves as an expert in Medical Law and works as a personal injury lawyer. He has extensive publications and presentations in the field of neurosurgery.[2] Dr. Segal received his neurosurgical training at the Mount Sinai Hospital (Manhattan), graduating in 1997.[1] He was a practicing board certified neurosurgeon from 1997-2016 with specific focus on minimally invasive spine surgery.[3][4] Dr. Segal received his Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2019, and was licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada in 2019.
