David Zak (Zakrzewski) is a singer/songwriter[1], producer, and DJ. He started writing music when twelve years old and was in many bands and music groups throughout his high school years. In 2021 he launched his DJ company ,"Royal Unity DJ Services[2]," and began writing music for his solo project leading to the release of his first EP titled "Raw[3]". David continues to distributed his music through multiple platforms including Spotify[4], Youtube[5], SoundCloud[6], etc. which is leading to his debut album set to release January 1, 2023. Throughout the years of creating music he has branched out into many social media platforms like: Instagram[7], TikTok[8], Reverb Nation[9] and he has said ,"it is to give my followers more content and put myself in a position to get constructive criticism while also working through my own nerves."
Musical Style[edit]
David Zak's music has a lot of diverse sounds however he has said that," it all blends together in a strange way. I love dabbling in different genres and testing to see if I can create something like never before. When I'm working on a song I will use the time in-between everyday life and recording to listen to scores from movies or TV shows to enhance the layers to my music. I will strip it down multiple times before I find the version that makes me feel the most moved." The artists that have influenced him include: The Chainsmokers, Coldplay, Aquilo, For King and Country, The Driver Era, Twenty One Pilots, Deftones, NF and more.
