Dealsuite
Dealsuite is a Dutch software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that operates a private digital marketplace for mid-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The platform is used by M&A advisory firms, private equity funds, family offices, and corporate acquirers to share buy- and sell-side opportunities.[1][2][3]
History
Dealsuite was founded in Amsterdam in 2017 by Floyd Plettenberg.[4] At the time, mid-market M&A deal sourcing was largely dependent on personal networks and fragmented databases.[1]
By 2020, industry media reported that the platform had facilitated more than 2,000 introductions between buyers and sellers across Europe.[1] During this period, Dealsuite began expanding internationally, adding users in France, Spain, Scandinavia, and Central and Eastern Europe.[5]
In 2023, technology outlet Silicon Canals covered the company’s expansion and described its growth in the European M&A advisory market.[4] In 2024, Technology Reseller reported that data from Dealsuite’s European M&A Monitor showed an increase in mid-market activity in Europe during the first half of the year.[6]
In June 2025, Het Financieele Dagblad reported that Dealsuite provided subscribers with daily “reasons to call” and direct leads.[2] That same year, Search Funds News highlighted the company’s Mid-Market Trends Report, which examined the role of digitalization and artificial intelligence in M&A dealmaking.[3]
Platform and features
Dealsuite operates as a subscription-based marketplace limited to approved professionals. Members can post acquisition and sales opportunities, which are then filtered by a matching system according to user criteria.[5] The platform is designed to facilitate cross-border transactions in the European mid-market.
Reports
Dealsuite produces periodic research reports on European mid-market M&A. While these are company publications, some have been cited by independent media outlets.
In July 2025, Search Funds News reported on the company’s Mid-Market Trends Report, which analyzed dealmaking strategies and the adoption of digital tools.[3]
In December 2024, Technology Reseller referred to data from Dealsuite’s European M&A Monitor when discussing activity in the European mid-market.[6]
Reception and recognition
Independent outlets have described Dealsuite as part of a wider trend of digitalization in M&A deal sourcing.[4][2] The company has also been included in Dutch rankings of high-growth firms, such as the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship’s "Top 250 Scaleups."[7]
