Dean Biddulph (born 1 June 1964) is a local councillor in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality.[1] He is the councillor for Ward 2 of the sixty wards.[2][3] Dean is a member of the Democratic Alliance (South Africa).[4][3]
