Pelic was born in Koper, Slovenia. He was raised in Umag, Croatia before he went to boarding school in Pazinski Kolegij and later on College in Zagreb. He graduated Management.[2]

In April 2015 he started working as a TV Host on TV Bingo Show at HRT.[3]
