Sports Career :
He started his sports career in Athletics during his school days at Shivalik Public School, Mohali. He won Silver Medal in 400 m race in State Athletics Championship,Chandigarh (UT) in 1998.He started playing Throwball at his school days in Chottu Ram Memorial Public School ,Rohtak. He won Gold medals at State Throwball Championship, silver medal at 10th Sub Junior National Throwball Championship held at Patna 2000. He represented his state Haryana at Throwball Federation Cup held at Bhopal, and 22nd Senior National Throwball Championship held at Kota in 1999 & New Delhi in 2001.In 2000 he was selected for Indian Throwball National Team, which was winner in Indo - Nepal Throwball Test Match series held at Pokhra & Kathmandu, Nepal from 19th June to 23rd June 2000. Also he has participated at Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin 2014 held at Krasnoyarsk, Russia as coach of freestyle wrestler Hardeep Singh (61 kg ).
Education:
He started his early education in Rohtak, later joined Shivalik Public School, Mohali and completed his senior secondary from Chottu Ram Public School ,Rohtak. In Dec 2001 he moved to Russia for his MBBS degree from Volgograd State Medical University. He worked in hospital & clinic at Omsk City, Russia. In 2019 he started to make health related videos on Youtube channel.
Awards :
He has received Best Sportsperson student award at Rohtak from Ex.Chief Minister Haryana Sh.Om Parkash Chautala in 2001.
