Defex (artist)
Franz "Defex" Hager is a German House and Techno DJ, Producer and Event-Organizer, with homebases in Ibiza and Vienna.
He is best known for his dj-residencies at The Zoo Project ibiza,[1] Flex Vienna, Privilege (Nightclub) and his releases on DJ Hell's International DeeJay Gigolo Records[2] and Monika Kruse's Terminal M Records.[3]
He is also a co-founder and co-promoter of The Zoo Project ibiza, The Zoo Project Festival (UK), SNP at Privilege (Nightclub), TEEZEiT vienna. And he runs underground events called caaarusel and aaachterbahn in Lower Bavaria, Germany.[4]
At the Loveparade 2001 in Vienna he organized a float for his crew Teezeit and Young Rotations, a early internet-plattform for up and coming DJs in Austria. 2002-2004 he was a Resident at Coke Fusion, a tour by Coca Cola.
