Prof. Dr. Dejan Trajkov (Macedonian: Проф. Др. Дејан Трајков; born 1 November 1963) is a Macedonian Professor, Immunologist and Physician who was the former director of the Institute of Immunobiology and Human Genetics[1] in the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje.[2][3][4]
Biography
Trajkov was born on 1 November 1963 in Skopje. In 1983, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Skopje (now Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje). Since November 1991 he has been working in the Institute of Immunobiology and Human Genetics as a Doctor, and was the director of said Institute until 2019. From January 2019 to 2020 he was a visiting professor at the Medical University of Graz as part of the Teacher exchange program scholarship through CEEPUS and OeAD. He is also a volunteer at the Lions Clubs International in North Macedonia and was President there as well.
Trajkov has published over 70 papers regarding Immunobiology and Human Genetics.[5][6]
