Delly Singah Philips is a Cameroonian television personality, entrepreneur and a philanthropist. She is known for Delly's Match Ups, Dell’s TV which is a dating app for Africans in the Diaspora aims at promoting the youth to have self-confidence and to build better relationships.[1][2][3][4] In 2017, she was nominated for best 50 Most Influential Young Cameroonians below the age of 40 in the category of Media.[5]
