The company was founded in April 2017 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia[3]. Delta Drone International Limited (ASX: DLT) was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2020 after ParaZero (ASX: PRZ) acquired 100% of share capital in Delta Drone South Africa from French listed parent entity Delta Drone SA[4]. Following the merger, ParaZero changed its name[5] to Delta Drone International to reflect the change in operational focus.
