Demola Banjo (born November 19th, 1975)is a Nigerian Banking executive, entrepreneur, economist and philanthropist. Demola began his career in banking, where he worked for several years before moving into the private sector. He has since founded or co-founded several businesses, including the LVP Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests in a wide range of industries. [3]

Demola Banjo was born in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Nigeria. He attended Olabisi Onabanjo University [1], where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with honors. He furthered his education in business administration by pursuing an MBA at Manchester Business School [4] in the United Kingdom, a highly respected institution known for its programs in business and management. Additionally, Banjo is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria [5], a professional organization that sets standards for the banking industry and provides training and development opportunities for its members. Banjo's professional career began in the banking sector, where he held significant roles in renowned financial institutions. He served as the Deputy General Manager at Bank PHB from November 2001 to February 2010, and later became the Vice President at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) from February 2010 to December 2011. In January 2012, he became the General Manager at Enterprise Bank Limited, where he managed operations and drove business strategies until February 2015.[7] Currently, Banjo is the Group CEO of LVP Group and the CEO of Prxair USA, which he founded in 2011.
