Denys Myrgorodskyi
Denys Myrgorodskyi is a Ukrainian lawyer, entrepreneur, and investor. He founded Dynasty Law Firm and Dynasty Law & Investment Group, and served as the Director of the government-owned Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine in 2022-2023.[1]
Education and career[edit]
Denys Myrgorodskyi began his legal practice in 1996 and graduated from the Law Faculty of the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University in 1998. In 2001, he studied at the Institute of Trading and Development in the United States. He founded Dynasty Law Firm in 2000 after receiving a certificate to practice law.[2]
Myrgorodskyi was recognized by "The Legal 500" for expertise in real estate, land, and construction, and among the best lawyers in Ukraine in Litigation.[3][4] From 2012 to 2015, the Legal Awards recognized him as one of the best litigation lawyers in Ukraine. In 2019, he received the Order of the Outstanding Lawyer of Ukraine.
Myrgorodskyi is a regular speaker at professional forums and conferences and has authored 300 scientific and advisory publications.[5] He is also a speaker at the Kyiv International Economic Forum and the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs.[6]
In 2022–2023, Myrgorodskyi headed Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine, integrating seized stakes in regional gas companies post-Russia's full-scale invasion. The company achieved significant milestones, including obtaining a license to distribute natural gas and returning more than 70 percent of the country's gas distribution networks to the state.[7]
Dynasty Investment Group[edit]
Denys Myrgorodskyi is the founder and CEO of Dynasty Investment Group, which includes Dynasty Law, one of the top 20 law firms in Ukraine, Preform Plant, a polymeric packaging company, and ANNAFOXY, a luxury women's clothing brand.[8] ANNAFOXY is featured in international fashion magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, and Grazia.[9][10][11]
