Devan Rajkumar, commonly known as Chef Dev,[1] is a Canadian chef and culinary consultant renowned for his dynamic approach to modernizing East and West Indian cuisines.[2][3] Born to Guyanese parents in Toronto, Canada, Rajkumar's culinary journey has been deeply influenced by his rich cultural heritage.[4]
Early life and education
