Dezan Shira & Associates (abbreviated DSA; Chinese: 协力管理咨询; pinyin: Xiélì Guǎnlǐ Zīxún) is a Hong Kong-based management consulting firm. Through its publishing house Asia Briefing, the company frequently releases magazines, guides and articles on foreign investment in Asia.[6]

First established in Hong Kong in 1992, Christopher-Devonshire Ellis shortly afterward expanded DSA's business to Shenzhen, China. Being one of the early foreign-owned consultancies to be serving international investors in legal, accounting and tax matters in Mainland China, the business grew quickly and benefited from publishing its own material through the magazine China Briefing.[7] Dezan Shira & Associates now has 13 offices in China, 3 offices in Vietnam, 2 offices in India, and offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia.[8] Apart from China Briefing, other brands such as India Briefing, Russia Briefing, ASEAN Briefing and more have been created and launched subsequently.[9]
