Dhaka Cantonment Board Adarsha Bidyaniketon (Bengali: ঢাকা ক্যান্টনমেন্ট বোর্ড আদর্শ বিদ্যানিকেতন) is a Bangladeshi government primary & secondary school. It was established on 1 February 1979.[1][2][3] It is located in Manikdi, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka-1206.[4][5][6][7][8]

History[edit]

Dhaka Cantonment Board Adarsha Bidyaniketon was established on 1 February 1979. The school was recognized by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka (Dhaka Education Board) in 1981. In January 1991, the institution was acquired by the Department of Military Lands and Cantonments as per the decision of the then Management Council.[2][3]

'Be learned, be leader' is the motto of this college.
