Hagemeister making his WDF debut of the 1989 Winmau World Youth Masters who defeating by Tord Johansson of Sweden and losing to Stuart McKenzie of Scotland.
Hagemeister won the 1990 Cologne Open Youth who has defeating by Thorsten Behr of Germany by 3–1 legs.
