Disrecommend
Disrecommend is a term used for a type of self-made anxiety. Often in anxiety, you start to disrecommend everything around you. This can include going to school, going to work, or even going out at all.[1] This can lead to depression, the person feels like there's no way out other than harming themselves. This also has a higher risk of leading to suicide, since you get so used to feeling like this. This also has a chance to lead to bipolar disorder, and abnormal behaviors like schizophrenia.[2]
