Vineet Korpal, professionally known as Dj Vin, is a Canadian disc jockey, music producer, and best selling author.[1]
Early life[edit]
Korpal was born on August 23, 1994 in Toronto, Ontario, to two immigrant parents from India.[2] He is said to have been interested in music from a young age and often credits The Beatles, 2pac, and Drake as a source of inspiration.[3][4] While attending Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario, Korpal would pursue music as a DJ and producer, adopting the stage name Dj Vin along the way.[5]
Career[edit]
After graduating, Dj Vin would team up with his childhood friend Princely and the two released hits such as "Until We Make It" and "In My Zone".[6][7] With the Covid-19 Pandemic impacting the music industry and his career, Dj Vin would go on to publish a book titled How to Overcome A Pandemic As A Musical Artist.[8][9] Sharing his personal experiences alongside providing tips to his fellow music artists, the book would go on to chart numerous categories such as Hot New Releases, and Music E-Book.[10][11][12]
