DoiT International is an Israeli-American cloud computing company based in San Francisco, California. The company focuses on resolving problems, machine learning, algorithms, complexity analysis, and system design.
History[edit]
In 2011, Yoav-Toussia Cohen and Vadim Solovey founded DoiT International in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
On November 1, 2019, DoiT International issued a press release announcing an investment from CharlesBank Capital Partners.[3] The investment was valued at $100 million.[4]
On April 6, 2020, DoiT International won Google Cloud Reseller Partner of the Year Award for North America.[5]
On August 11, 2020, DoiT International announced that the would receive an APN Immersion Day Partner Recognition award by Amazon Web Services.[6]
Acquisition[edit]
On February 3, 2020, DoiT International announced the acquisition of superQuery, a BigQuery AI optimization engine.[7][8][9] The acquisition was valued at $5 million, and was paid in stock and options. Google reportedly had an interest in acquiring superQuery for $30 million but in attempts to get out of the deal with DoiT International failed and the transaction was completed.[10]

The company was founded by Yoav-Toussia Cohen and Vadim Solovey in 2009. Cohen remains CEO and Solovey serves as General Manager.
The company's leadership team consists of Yoav-Toussia Cohen (CEO), Vadim Solovey (GM), Dorrin Offir (Director of Customer Service), Spenser Paul (Director of Sales, NA), Noam Ehrlich (CFO), Abe Halevy (General Counsel), Giridhar Premsingh (Global CFO) and Kristen Tronsky (CPO).[11]
On June 4, 2020, DoiT International announced that Giridhar Premsingh would join the company as Global Chief Financial Officer.[12]
On July 15, 2020, DoiT International announced that Kristen Tronsky would join the company as Chief People Officer.[13]
