OneBill is a software company that offers cloud-based subscription management, recurring billing, and revenue management solutions. OneBill is headquartered in Santa Clara, California and operates out of Bengaluru, India.[1] Notable OneBill customers include NEC, ADTRAN, Arrow Electronics, and CompuCom Systems.[2]

OneBill was founded in 2009 by JK Chelladurai[3], one of the founding team members of Portal Software which was acquired by Oracle for $220 million in 2006.[4] JK Chelladurai worked for Portal Software from 1996 to 2009 which provided an on-premise solution, where customers had to invest millions of dollars to obtain a license and then spend a few million more dollars to receive the actual solution. So, he started OneBill in 2009 to provide a flexible cloud-based, OSS/BSS solution for businesses of all sizes with varying needs.[5]
