Dokyala Shot is a 2019 Marathi film directed by Shivkumar Parthasarathy and produced by Uttung Hitendra Thakur. A Marathi boy suffers a head injury which results in him losing his memory. After the accident, his friends find out that he has no clue about his impending marriage. The directorial debut film is based on a true story. The film was released on 1 March 2019 to critical acclaim.[1]
Summary[edit]
Dokyala Shot is a story of four friends, Abhijit (Suvrat Joshi), Bhajji (Rohit Haldikar), Chandu (Omkar Govardhan) and Ganesh (Ganesh Pandit). One day, while playing cricket, Bhajji hits a shot and Abhijit runs to catch the ball. But, in the process, he trips and falls, hitting his head on a rock. Abhijit is set to get married to a pretty Tamilian girl called Subbulakshmi Iyengar (Prajakta Mali) in a couple of days. Will he gain his memory back before that?
