Donald R. Hasselberg Served as 4th Mayor or Bloomington, MN from 1964 until 1967. While mayor, in 1964, the first half of the City Hall would be constructed [1]. In 1965, Kennedy High School, the first High school in Bloomington, would be opened. Also while mayor, the Metropolitan Stadium became home to the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Vikings.[2]
