Dongbali Township (Chinese: 东八里乡; pinyin: Dōngbālĭ Xiāng) is a rural township located in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei, China. According to the 2010 census, Dongbali Township had a population of 9711, including 5016 males and 4695 females. The population was distributed as follows: 1519 people aged under 14, 7196 people aged between 15 and 64, and 996 people aged over 65.[1]
