Double W
Double W was an electronic pop project group consisting of musicians Brian Weston and Nick Walker. The project ran for 13 months from January 2019 to February 2020 and spawned seven singles, an EP and a studio album.
History[edit]
Walker and Weston had both expressed a desire to work on more electronic music in the past and had done so separately with varying degrees of success. The two formed Double W in mid 2018 as a temporary project intending to release one album before disbanding. The duo produced "several albums worth of material" in the months following their formation and spent the early part of 2019 cutting these tracks down into a 15-track album.
They released an extended play, Preview, on June 6, 2019. Their first and only album Palette was released February 21, 2020, marking the end of the Double W project.
