William Douglas "Doug" Jacob (born October 19, 1982) is an American business executive. He is the co-founder and chief executive officer of &vest, a New York-based beauty brand operating and investment platform. Jacob previously founded the creative agency JWALK, which was acquired by Shiseido Americas in 2017, and later served as Chief Creative Director of Shiseido Americas.

Jacob was born on October 19, 1982, in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Gettysburg College, where he studied business economics.
Career
JWALK and Shiseido Americas
Jacob founded JWALK, a full-service creative agency. In 2017, JWALK was acquired by Shiseido Americas, and Jacob subsequently served as Chief Creative Director of Shiseido Americas following the acquisition.
&pizza and Beauty Labs
Jacob helped launch the fast-casual pizza chain &pizza. He also incubated Beauty Labs, a beauty artificial intelligence company that was acquired by Amyris in 2021.
SPACs
Jacob co-founded several special purpose acquisition companies, including FAST Acquisition Corp, FAST Acquisition Corp II, and Velocity Acquisition Corp.
&vest and Morphe
In 2019, Jacob co-founded &vest alongside Michael Lastoria. &vest operates as a beauty brand operating and investment platform based in New York.
In 2023, &vest joined Jefferies Finance and Cerberus Capital Management in acquiring Forma Brands, the parent company of the cosmetics brand Morphe, out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Following the acquisition, Jacob has served as an operating partner leading Morphe's repositioning from an influencer-led brand to a product-first brand.
