Dr. Biplab Halder currently serves as the Vice-Chancellor of ICFAI University, Tripura, where he has been actively engaged in the field of education and higher education institutions.[1][2][3]
He is also a National Advisory Committee Member in a notable capacity.[4]
Dr. Biplab Halder has also authored several articles and co-authored a book titled "Services Marketing Concepts & Practices," which was published by Tata McGraw-Hill.[5][6]
Education
He completed a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and a PhD in Management from ICFAI University, Dehradun. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers(I)-FIE.
